Put into practice what you learned from me, what you heard and saw and realized. Do that, and God, who makes everything work together, will work you into his most excellent harmonies.” (Philippians 4:8-9 The Message)

What do you think about? Would you dare say as Paul does “put into practice what you learned from me”?

I guess that I must say that for me it is still a goal rather than an achievement to think only about things that fit into the above categories. Paul says be like me. It reminds me of the chorus we sing and the assertion in the last lines. This is my prayer:

To be like Jesus!
This hope possesses me,
In every thought and deed,
This is my aim, my creed;
To be like Jesus!
This hope possesses me,
His Spirit helping me,
Like him I'll be.
