I love the positive attitude of Psalm 37 verses 3 and 4

Trust in the LORD and do good;
dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture.
4 Delight yourself in the LORD
and he will give you the desires of your heart.
( Psalm 37: 3,4. New International Version).

There are many situations in life that we face where all the pressures on us are that we might join those who are taking what seems to be the easy option in living. One of our bandsmen has shared with us how in a work situation he saw wrong being done. When he spoke out, it meant he lost his job. He faced a time of unemployment but through that God’s planning was perfect and he has now a better situation work wise.

The Psalmist has a confident faith in God that all will be well. We can have the same confidence as we face the situations of life. God is in control.

PRAYER:

Heavenly Father, thank you for your planning for my life. I pray that today I may see you way for me as I trust in you. Help me to bring encouragement to others to walk more closely in your path for them. Amen.
